Shipping Costs

We strive to provide transparent shipping rates:


Standard Domestic Shipping & Handling: $9.99 or FREE on special promotions and orders over $75.


International Shipping: Rates vary based on destination and shipping option.


Duties and Taxes: For international orders, additional import
duties or taxes may apply upon delivery. Please check with your local
customs office to understand potential fees.

Returns, Changes, and Cancellations

We’re here to help if you need to adjust your order. Here’s how we handle these requests:


Returns: For eligible items, returns can be requested within 60 days of your purchase. Visit our Return Policy Page for more details.


Order Changes and Cancellations: To change or cancel an order,
please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Our Customer Service team
can be reached by phone at 855-252-8739. We are open Monday to Friday
between 9:00am and 5:00pm Eastern time, with the exception of national
holidays. Please leave a message if you get voicemail.  It is our policy to respond to all Customer Service inquiries by the next business day.


Lost or Damaged Orders: In the rare case of a lost or damaged
package, reach out to our customer support team, and we’ll work to
resolve the issue promptly.
