- A reason for the return is required. Please include it with your request. Your feedback also helps us improve our products and customer experience.
- Pack the product securely, including the packaging and any unused portion of the product.
- Ship the return to the address provided by our Customer Care team using a service which includes tracking (such as USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail or UPS Air or Ground services). You must provide us with the tracking link.
